When the Mandarin Oriental opened in late 2009,¬†it created a new benchmark for luxury 5 star accommodations in Las Vegas. Along with the best amenities and decor in the city, the architects included Axxess Industries’ PrivacyService and Tray Tracker systems to reach the highest level of service.

By integrating the PrivacyService system into the room’s guest control system, guests can set the custom signs to read “Do Not Disturb” with either the touch switch found by the door or through the television remote.

The TrayTracker system allows the staff to effectively manage room service tray delivery and retrieval; if a food tray is left outside a room, TrayTracker wirelessly notifies the staff who can then remove the tray quickly and efficiently.
